Every paddle is made to order and printed just for you, so your order moves in two stages: we make it, then we ship it. We ship within the United States only, and US shipping is free.
Production time
Because each paddle is personalized and printed on demand, we make it before it ships. Most orders enter production within 1–4 business days, then go out via a tracked US courier. Larger orders like squad kits and event sets may need a little more time, which we'll confirm with you.
Delivery within the US
Shipping is free on every US order. Most orders arrive within about a week. Please allow up to two weeks, especially during busy periods or for larger group orders. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are limited to US addresses at checkout, and we don't offer international shipping yet.
Planning for an event?
If you have a hard deadline like a wedding, tournament, or birthday, order early and tell us the date. Reach out at smash@facesmash.co or plan a group order on our contact page and we'll confirm whether your timeline is comfortable.
Tracking & issues
Every order includes tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged or defective, email smash@facesmash.co with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
