What is Facesmash? add

We print a face, yours, a friend's, a rival's, even your dog's, onto a real pickleball paddle. Upload a photo, position it, and we make a paddle just for you.

What's the difference between Original and Pro? add

Original is a hardwood paddle: our budget-friendly, gift-and-gag-ready option. Pro is an 18k carbon paddle built for real, competitive play. Both take any photo you upload.

What comes with each paddle? add

Every paddle ships with a matching cover and two pickleballs. A duo comes with two covers and four balls, a squad of four with four covers and eight balls, and so on.

Is the whole paddle printed, or just the face? add

Your photo is printed across the full face of the paddle, edge to edge.

What kind of photo works best? add

Clear, bright, front-facing, and close, where the face fills the frame. Our Photo tips page walks through exactly what to look for.

Can I use a photo of someone else? add

Yes, as long as you have their permission and the right to use the image. The details are in our Terms.

What if my photo is a little low quality? add

When in doubt, pick a sharper, closer shot. Our Photo tips page helps you choose one that prints well.

Can each paddle in a set have a different face? add

Absolutely. Every paddle is personalized on its own, so a duo or squad can have a different face on each one.

Duos and squads

What's a duo? add

Two paddles in one order, each with its own face. Great for couples, doubles partners, or you versus your rival.

What's a squad? add

Three or more matching paddles, each personalized, for teams, friend groups, families, or leagues. The per-paddle price drops for groups of three or more.

Do sets ship together? add

Yes. Every paddle in your order is made and shipped together as one delivery.

Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship? add

Within the United States only, for now.

How much is shipping? add

Shipping is free on every US order.

How long will my order take? add

Because each paddle is made to order, most orders arrive within about a week. Please allow up to two weeks, especially during busy periods or for larger group orders.

Is my order tracked? add

Yes. Every order includes tracking, and you'll get a link by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally? add

Not yet, we're US-only for now.

Returns and issues

Can I return my paddle? add

Because each paddle is custom-printed with your photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, so please review your design carefully before ordering. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong? add

We'll make it right. Email smash@facesmash.co with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Group and event orders

Can I order for a wedding, tournament, or company event? add

Yes, that's what our contact page is for. Tell us the occasion and headcount and we'll help you plan it.

Is there a discount for bigger orders? add

Squad pricing lowers the per-paddle price for groups of three or more. For large or corporate orders, email us for a quote.
