Facesmash is what happened when a group of friends who love pickleball went looking for a custom paddle worth owning, and came up empty.
How Facesmash started
We're a group of friends who got a little too into pickleball. Weekly games became a group chat, the group chat became an ongoing competition, and somewhere in there we all wanted paddles that actually felt like ours.
So we went looking for custom paddles, our faces, our dogs, the buddy we most wanted to beat, and everything out there was junk. Flimsy paddles that played like toys, blurry prints that faded after a few games, novelty gear you'd be embarrassed to bring to a real court. If you wanted something personal, you had to give up quality. If you wanted quality, you couldn't make it yours.
So we made our own. Real, playable paddles, hardwood if you just want the gag, 18k carbon if you actually want to win, with your photo printed edge to edge and built to last.
We just wanted a good paddle with our faces on it. Turns out we had to build it ourselves.
