Are these real, playable paddles? add
Yes. These are genuine pickleball paddles you can actually play with, not decorative props. Your photo is fused into the surface so it holds up to real games.
Can I put two different faces on a duo set? add
Yes. A duo set is two separate paddles, so you personalize each one on its own, one face per paddle, and they ship together as a single set.
What photo should I use? add
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo where the face fills a good part of the frame. High resolution is best. See the photo tips above for what to use and what to skip.
How long until it arrives? add
Each paddle is made to order and printed just for you, so allow a few days for production plus shipping time. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Can I order for a team or an event? add
Absolutely. Squad kits and bulk orders for tournaments, weddings, and corporate outings are welcome. Reach out at smash@facesmash.co and we'll sort the details.
What if something's wrong with my order? add
If your paddle arrives damaged or the print doesn't match your approved preview, email us with a photo and we'll make it right. Because each one is personalized, we can't take general returns, but quality issues are on us.
